1. All order(s) are shipped fromChina production area. A confirmation email will be sent from Dyness when you place an order on the dyness.us website. Please check your email. If you haven't found the email, please check your spam mail and add Dyness to your white list.
2. A tracking number will be sent to your email address once your order is shipped out.
3. Usually your package will arrive within 10~60business days.
- The weight of the product is less than 30KG, the transportation method is UPS Hong Kong Express, the time limit is expected to be 9-12 days.
- The weight of the product is more than 30KG, the transportation method is by sea, the time limit is expected to be 40-60 days.
4. If the shipping is delayed for some objective or uncontrollable reasons, we will notify you ahead of delays. During the busy Holiday seasons, processing time may take longer than usual, and delays should be expected.
Dyness is not responsible for any delayed air and ground shipping deliveries and losses that are 1) affected by customs duties, 2) caused by natural disasters, or 3) strikes of carrier companies.
