30 Day Money Back Guarantee

For products purchased directly from, Dyness offers a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please let us know within 30 days. Once we have received the product and confirmed its validity, we will refund the full purchase price.

Lost/damaged items received

  • It is recommended to check the appearance of the goods and spare parts before signing for them to make sure that there are no insufficient quantities, breakage and other problems.


    If you receive a damaged product, or receive an incorrect or incomplete product, please contact us immediately and provide video and/or photo proof.


    If there is a problem with the use of the product after installation and commissioning, it needs to be observed within 30 days and cannot be returned at will.


    If the return is caused by the consumer, we will charge 5% transaction fee + shipping fee.


    For quality issues, we will give a full refund or one-time free replacement after you receive the item.

Return Procedures

  3. You will receive a prepaid shipping label (return address will be shown on the shipping label). Please follow the instructions before shipping.

  4. Write the RMA number on the shipping label on the outside of the package.The RMA number should be clearly displayed on the return shipping label of any package returned to Dyness. Do not write the RMA number on the actual box. If the RMA number is not on the return shipping label, the package may not be accepted at our warehouse.

  5. Dyness will replace or return the defective product upon confirmation of receipt at our warehouse. Final resolution depends on the availability of the replacement product. The warranty period for all replacement products is the same as the warranty period for the original defective product.
