On 17th October local time, Solar & Storage Live 2023 was held in Birmingham Exhibition Centre as scheduled. As a leading global energy storage technology company, Dyness presented its full range of safe and efficient energy storage solutions on stand K15 at the show. Currently, Dyness has launched a series of products for the UK market, which can meet the needs of the UK and European markets for residential, commercial and industrial energy storage as well as other diversified energy storage scenarios.
During the exhibition, Dyness displayed a variety of products that attracted a lot of attention from exhibitors, among which the low-voltage household storage products B4850, DL5.0C and Powerbox Pro are more attractive due to their advantages in residential scenarios.
The B4850 can be widely used in a variety of energy storage scenarios, and its modular design facilitates residential installation. It is also adaptable to different environments and can be charged and discharged at 0-55°C. Its flexible battery expansion, with a single battery capacity of 2.4 kWh and support for up to 40 parallel connections, allows for stable operation in off-grid and hybrid setups.
Better performance: Discharge multiplier is increased by 30% to 1C, achieving higher discharge current and faster charging requirements, providing sufficient power for multiple devices in the load to run at the same time.
More parallel connections: The maximum number of modules that can be connected in parallel has been increased from 30 to 50, which can realise the needs of larger power consumption.
Higher efficiency: supports intelligent battery balancing mode, higher sampling accuracy, shorter address allocation time, and faster communication response.
Powerbox Pro, as the star household storage product of Dyness, has the advantageous feature of deep cycle and high capacity. At the same time, higher security, longer service life and optimised user experience are also strong contributors to its rising attention. The product is waterproof and dustproof to IP65 standards, and can be installed indoors or outdoors in wall-mounted or floor-mounted versions for greater flexibility and simplicity. With a power of up to 10 kWh per unit and up to 5 units in parallel, the product has excellent performance and meets the needs of household electricity consumption.
In the UK, there are demands to secure electricity supply, bridge the energy gap and improve grid stability. According to provisional data released by the UK government, by the end of December 2022, the UK had installed 555MW of new PV, a cumulative total of 14.3GW, and more than 1.2 million units, up 4% from December 2021. The UK Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS) revealed that UK households had 130,596 PV systems installed last year, up 115% from 2021.
